Rehearsing - A New Bridge Message

\

\ In this time of great change, those of us who are watching our thoughts closely are noticing a particular kind of thought come to the surface that is very detrimental to our future experience. We have seen that it is quite common for us to be "rehearsing" our challenges and problems in advance in our minds, and thus set the stage for them to manifest in real life.
\
\ In fact, most of us see this all the time. As we monitor our thoughts more vigilantly, we see that we are thinking about how our projects can fail, how we can have an accident, how our fears can easily manifest, how we can get sick, and so forth. We literally rehearse these scenes, oftentimes over and over, without realizing how we harm ourselves in the process.
\
\ Where these sabotaging thoughts come from is an interesting subject in itself. Some say that we carry them with us through our ancestry or our genetics; some say the media is the culprit; some suggest that we're being blasted with lower frequencies via technologies being used to control us; while others attribute our unserving thoughts sourced from invisible, inorganic beings who are predators by nature, and who feed off of our negative emotions. Regardless of the source, however, we are ultimately the creators of our own lives. No on else can change our thoughts for us. If we are to stop creating unwanted experiences from coming into our lives, we must begin to take responsibility for ourselves and stop rehearsing for them. But how?
\
\ From our point of view, there are several things we can do:
\
\ 1.) Begin to rehearse positive outcomes. We do this by observing our negative rehearsals long enough to ask ourselves what our intention is around them. Then, we make that new intention and begin to rehearse the outcome that we truly desire.
\
\ 2.) Hang out with others who are staying awake to their own rehearsals. It is a great truth that the behavior of others tends to rub off on us. If we surround ourselves with negative dramatists, then we court dramas. However, if we surround ourselves with positive, uplifted thinkers, then we are more apt to create experiences that will give us the results we're looking for. That is why our Intenders Circles have become so popular.
\
\ 3.) Cultivate an inner silence by spending some quiet time everyday. This makes it easier for us to notice when we are rehearsing unwanted scenes beforehand.
\
\ 4.) Nipping our negative rehearsals in the bud, before they gain momentum. We've found that it is considerably easier to redirect our unwanted thoughts if we catch them right away and discipline ourselves to either return to our inner quiet, or to immediately replace them by rehearsing outcomes that are more to our liking.
\
\ 5.) Better yet - don''t rehearse at all!
\
\ When we were making our On the Road with The Code movie last year in Ashland, Oregon, there were several of us who spent four days together in a rented house in Medford, talking about our upcoming project and getting to know each other better. It was a very magical time for all of us, especially since Tina and Victoria were channelling insightful information to us every evening.
\
\ On our first night there, Tina was bringing through Lee Ching and Aaron asked about rehearsing what we were going to say once the cameras started rolling. The response was surprising to say the least. We were told not to rehearse at all; that we were being guided every step of the way, and that Spirit would take care of everything!
\
\ We all stared at each other in amazement! How could this be? No rehearsals at all . . . but that's exactly what we did. We made our intentions for success, had fun, and became tourists during those 4 days. When it came time for the filming, we didn't miss a beat. We did it all in one take, in one day, with no scripts and no cue cards. And when it was all over, we all knew that Lee Ching was right. It couldn't have come out any better if we'd had twenty rehearsals!

\
\

\ My Intention for today is:
\ I Intend that I am more aware of when I am rehearsing my future experiences.

On the Road with The Code This Summer

\

Good News! Tina and Lee Ching are coming to the mainland this summer. She and Tony will base themselves in Wichita and travel the midwest, presenting their new Living by Manifesting Workshop along the way. Many of you who have seen Tony and Tina in our latest movie, On the Road with The Code, have asked that we bring our Intenders Road Show to your city, so here it is.
\
\ If you are interested in scheduling a workshop in your area in June or July, please call 620-488-5354. FYI - we will be staying in each city an extra day or two so Tina and Lee Ching can give private readings for our Intenders and friends. (In the meantime, you can still contact Tina and Lee Ching for private sessions by calling 808-982-6774 in Hawaii, and be sure to remember that it is several hours earlier there. Tina typically receives love offerings of $50 to $200 for an hour of her time.)

\ Coming Soon - The Bridge Videos

\

\ Many of you have written and mentioned that we didn't put out an Intenders Newsletter last month. We apologize for that: we were very busy with our new filming project that we call The Intenders Show. We have already filmed over 20 episodes of short (2 to 8 minutes long) Bridge Reminders, Intention Stories, and Lee Ching Messages and are in the midst, right now, of going through the post production process. It is our intention that we are bringing you information in these free videos that is the most relevant to staying uplifted and empowered during these rapidly changing times. Stay tuned - we will let you know as soon as the first one is ready.

Lara's Letter from Calgary

\

Hi. My name is Lara and my girlfriend and I are starting an Intenders Circle here in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I just wanted to relay a story that happened while I was in the middle of reading "The Code". I locked my keys in my car at the grocery store and I didn't have a spare or money for a locksmith so I decided I'd try making an intention - so I said 'I intend to find a locksmith and he's going to open my car for free!"
\
\ I did my shopping, got a hanger, and on my way out of the store a guy noticed the hanger and asked if I locked my keys in my car, I told him yes, and he said "Well, what kind of car is it?" So I told him and he said "Man, those are hard to break into" I remember thinking, "God, I said a locksmith, not a car thief"
\
\ To make a long story short, he tried to get into my car, but couldn't. After about 10 minutes he told me he'd be right back. He came back with his locksmith kit and opened my car for free.
\
\ Thank you so much for the gift your sharing with the world. I'm intending that the new Calgary Intenders will start to manifest their intentions like never before.
\ Thanks again
\ Lara Huget

\
Thank You, Lara! Stories like yours inspire us all!

Logan's Shoes on the Mall - Unsung Heroes

\

\ \ Of all the projects we have been involved with recently, none has been more rewarding than Shoes on the Mall. According to Intender Logan Williams, The Intenders rallied from far and wide to lend their support when they heard, "we will collect 400,000 shoes to put on the National Mall. Empty, bodiless shoes, each representing one person killed in the genocide in Darfur. My hope is that the image will be hard to ignore. My hope is the impact will last in people's minds and in their hearts."
\
\ Here is Logan's recent letter and (hard to ignore) photos, sent to our Office Manager, Vicki Harding, who was the guiding force in bringing Shoes on the Mall to the attention of The Intenders.
\
\ Vicki,
\ I can't thank you enough for putting the shoe project in your newsletter. I have received the most heart felt emails from the Intenders Community. We have gotten shoes as far away as New Zealand. Thank you for creating such a beautiful community of spirits and thank you for letting me be a part of it.
\ Much love,
\ Logan Williams

\
\ \ Thank You, Logan! You are our hero!
